# Sakuranbo AI

> Sakuranbo AI is a developer API for text, image, and video generation models. One catalog, one error format, and one prepaid USD balance cover every model.

Key facts:

- Status: preview.
- Billing: prepaid USD balance. Prices are the upstream cost plus a service margin, with no top-up fee. Failed, cancelled, expired, and policy-rejected runs are not billed. For chat, once the model has started generating output (including reasoning output), the output it generates is billed, even if the stream breaks or the client closes the connection. If the final usage does not arrive, input is counted at the upper bound used for the reservation.
- Authentication: Authorization: Bearer API key. Listing and fetching models and estimating prices need no API key. Generation needs an API key.
- Languages: English, Japanese, Simplified Chinese, Korean.
