| Price | Shown in USD per unit on each model's page and the pricing page (including the Operator's margin). Card payments are charged in Japanese yen, and the exchange rate and the yen amount are shown on the deposit screen. Listed prices and charges include consumption tax. |
| Additional costs | No separate fee is charged when you deposit. The yen amount for a card payment is calculated at an exchange rate set by the Operator (shown on the deposit screen), and this rate may differ from market exchange rates. You bear the network fees for sending crypto assets. You bear the costs of your internet connection and communications. |
| Conditions of purchase | Only for people 18 or older. Each deposit must be at least $10.00, and a single card deposit can be up to $500.00. The maximum for a single Bitcoin invoice is shown on the deposit screen. If a single crypto transfer is less than $10.00, it is not credited to your balance automatically and is put on hold. Balance expires 365 days after each deposit. |
| Payment methods | The methods shown on the dashboard's deposit screen. These are currently credit and debit cards (processed by the payment provider Stripe), and the crypto assets Bitcoin (BTC, sent on-chain on the Bitcoin network) and USDT (sent as TRC-20 on the Tron network). Crypto assets are sent to the deposit address shown on the deposit screen. They are converted to USD and credited to your balance, with 1 USDT counted as 1 USD and Bitcoin converted at the invoice rate shown on the deposit screen (the conditions for conversion are set out in "Prepaid balance" in the Terms of Service). |
| Payment timing | Card payments are made when you apply for a deposit. When your card issuer bills you depends on your contract with the card issuer. Crypto payments are made when you send the transfer to your deposit address. A Bitcoin invoice has an expiry (shown on the deposit screen), and a transfer confirmed after the expiry is converted at the rate when it is confirmed (transfers confirmed long after the expiry are handled as set out in "Prepaid balance" in the Terms of Service). |
| Delivery timing | A card deposit is credited to your balance immediately after the payment provider confirms that the payment succeeded, and you can use it on the API and the dashboard from then on. A crypto deposit is credited to your balance after the transfer is confirmed on the network, and you can use it from then on. The number of confirmations required for Bitcoin depends on the amount and is shown on the deposit screen. A deposit on hold is credited or rejected after the Operator checks it. Generated results are delivered when each request finishes processing. |
| Returns and cancellations | Because of the nature of the service, deposits cannot be returned. For a card deposit, if you ask within 24 hours of the purchase, the unused part of the balance credited by that deposit is refunded (payment processing fees are not deducted). Otherwise, deposits are not refunded, except in the cases set out in "Fees and refunds" in the Terms of Service. Crypto deposits are not covered by the refund of card deposits, and the Operator does not make payouts in crypto assets (as set out in "Fees and refunds" in the Terms of Service). Requests that fail, are cancelled, or expire are not billed, and the amount held is returned to your balance, except for the two exceptions set out in "Fees and refunds" in the Terms of Service. There are no subscriptions, so there is no cancellation procedure. Inquiries about refunds and billing errors are accepted at the address in the Email row. |
| Operating environment | API: an environment that can send HTTPS requests, and an API key. Website and dashboard: a recent version of a major browser with JavaScript and cookies enabled. |
